Davis has not yet repaid victims of ticket scam

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Former Nebraska football player Tony Davis has not honored his agreement to repay people he allegedly bilked out of money and Cornhusker tickets, the victims' attorney said Friday.

Lancaster County District Judge Steven Burns approved an agreement in February to settle the civil case against Davis, who agreed to pay $10,485 to 20 people. The money was due Friday.
