Man City's Tevez faces driving charges

MIDDLEWICH, England -- Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been charged by police with driving with his license suspended and without insurance.

The Argentina international, who was arrested last week, was formally charged on Wednesday and will appear at a magistrate court on April 3.

The maximum penalty for driving while disqualified in England is six months in prison.
