Dawson: Bale 'probably best in the world'

The Gareth Bale bandwagon continues to gather pace with Michael Dawson claiming his Tottenham team-mate is a better player on current form than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Barcelona's Messi and Real Madrid star Ronaldo are the two best players on the planet, but Bale is bridging the gap.

He turned in another superb display in Spurs' 2-1 win over Arsenal at the weekend and many feel he is the favourite for the Premier League player of the year award.
