Third goal-line technology system licenced

FIFA has licensed a third goal-line technology system as a candidate to be selected for use at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Cairos, a German system using magnetic field technology, will join Hawk-Eye and GoalRef as officially approved projects, while testing of a fourth system has now been completed.
