Nani unhurt after police car smash

Manchester United winger Nani has escaped injury after his luxury Bentley Continental was hit by an unmarked police car on Friday night.

Nani, 26, was travelling home from United's Carrington training base when the incident occurred in Gatley. It was reported by the Manchester Evening News that the Portuguese midfielder was in a 'dazed' state as he was led away from his £180,000 car and that a police officer has been suspended.
