Kroos eyes fond farewell for Heynckes

Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos believes Jupp Heynckes deserves at least one title in his last season as boss of the Bavarians.

Last week it was announced that former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola will take over from Heynckes as Bayern manager in the summer.

But, at the weekend, Heynckes questioned the timing of the announcement and said he believed it provided an unnecessary distraction at the Allianz Arena.
