Brown sprains ankle, joins bevy of Hornets' injured

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte Hornets forward P.J. Brown left Thursday night's game against the Golden State Warriors with a sprained left ankle.

Brown, Charlotte's leading rebounder at 9.4 per game, played eight minutes before rolling his ankle going after a defensive rebound. A team spokesman said Brown would not return to the game.
