Adelaide in no rush to sign Kosmina

Adelaide United are in no rush to secure coach John Kosmina, the A-League club's chairman Greg Griffin says.

But striker Sergio van Dijk has "zero" chance of remaining at the Reds next season, according to Griffin.

Kosmina, who has a handshake agreement with Adelaide which expires at season's end, wants a longer-term deal.

"Kossie has been a very important part of the revival of this club and we all appreciate and acknowledge that," Griffin told reporters on Wednesday.
