Andy Najar to Anderlecht on loan

WASHINGTON -- D.C. United has loaned defender Andy Najar to Anderlecht for January.

The 19-year-old Honduran trained with the Belgium club last month. He has 10 goals and 11 assists in 82 Major League Soccer games over three seasons and played for his country at last summer's Olympics.

D.C. United announced the loan Monday.
