Win just the start of recovery, say Roar

New Brisbane coach Mike Mulvey says his first A-League win is just the start of the Roar's rejuvenation.

Mulvey banked his initial triumph since taking over as coach from Rado Vidosic a week ago when Brisbane prevailed 1-0 away against Adelaide United on Thursday night.

"We have drawn a line in the sand now," said Mulvey after his second game in charge.

"We have come to a very tough place (Adelaide) and come away with three points ... but it's only the start.
