Tube strike threatens Boxing Day action

West Ham have told ESPN it is "99% certain" their Premier League match at Arsenal on Boxing Day will be called off after the proposed London Underground strike was confirmed by the ASLEF union.

The strike - which has been called due to a row over Bank Holiday pay - would cause major problems for supporters travelling to Emirates Stadium, with a high number reliant on the Tube to visit the ground. The match could be rescheduled for January if it were cancelled.
