Jets worried about goals, not finances

Newcastle Jets coach Gary van Egmond says he's more worried about guiding his players out of their form rut rather than the financial woes of the A-League club.

The Australian Tax Office has applied to have both the Jets and NRL side Newcastle Knights wound up due to unpaid debts.

The Nathan Tinkler-led Hunter Sports Group have assured concerned parties the unpaid debts will be resolved soon.
