Beckham deal remains a prospect: FFA

The push to get David Beckham to the A-League continues, with new Football Federation Australia (FFA) boss David Gallop saying the prospect of it happening shows the health of the competition.

Melbourne Heart, Central Coast Mariners and Perth Glory all remain keen to sign the 37-year-old.

It would most likely be for a guest stint of about 10 games, with an asking price of at least $2 million needed to make it happen.
