Robbie Keane, Galaxy oust Earthquakes

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Robbie Keane scored two goals and Mike Magee added another as the Los Angeles Galaxy beat the San Jose Earthquakes 3-1 on Wednesday night to complete a 3-2 aggregate victory in the teams' Western Conference semifinal series.

Alan Gordon gave San Jose hope in the 82nd minute when he put away a mis-hit shot from Justin Morrow for his first career playoff goal. But the Earthquakes could not find the equalizer they needed to force extra time.
