Chelsea ousts Man U in extra time

Chelsea gained revenge for its weekend defeat to Manchester United as an equalizer four minutes into injury time and two goals in extra time earned the Blues a 5-4 win at Stamford Bridge on another thrilling night in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday.

Both goals were down to mistakes by young defender Scott Wootton, who gave away the penalty that Eden Hazard scored right at the end of normal time and then inadvertently played in Daniel Sturridge with a weak back header for another.
