Carlos: Anzhi would consider Rooney bid

Anzhi Makhachkala team director Roberto Carlos has revealed that the super-rich Russians could consider a bid for Manchester United star Wayne Rooney, according to Sky Sports News.

Rooney, 27, almost left the club in 2010 before making a dramatic U-turn and opting to continue his career with the Red Devils by signing a five-year contract at Old Trafford.
