Iraq and Saudi Arabia drawn together

Iraq and Saudi Arabia have been drawn in the same qualifying group for the 2015 Asian Cup in Australia.

With Australia, Japan, North Korea and South Korea already qualified for the tournament, 20 teams were drawn into five groups in Melbourne on Tuesday.

Iraq, the 2007 champions, who take on the Socceroos in a crucial World Cup qualifier next week, have been placed in arguably the toughest group alongside three-time champions Saudi Arabia, China and Malaysia.
