QPR signs Jose Bosingwa

Queens Park Rangers have signed Jose Bosingwa on a three-year deal, the Premier League club announced Friday.

The 29 year-old Bosingwa, who arrives on a free transfer after his release from Chelsea, becomes QPR manager Mark Hughes' eighth summer signing.

Bosingwa's signing comes too late for him to take part in Saturday's season opener against Swansea at Loftus Road, but Hughes hailed the arrival of the two-time Champions League winner.
