Reds ready to accept Carroll bid

Liverpool are prepared to accept West Ham's club-record £18 million offer for Andy Carroll, but a deal has yet to be struck as the striker remains undecided about whether to leave Anfield.



The Hammers approached Liverpool last week with a bid for Carroll, which would see an initial £2 million loan fee change hands and the remaining amount paid to secure a permanent switch next summer - as long as Sam Allardyce's side are still in the Premier League.
