Cardiff hope for Bellamy reunion

Cardiff have confirmed their interest in luring Craig Bellamy back to the club from Liverpool.

Bellamy's future at Anfield is in some doubt as new manager Brendan Rodgers sets about stamping his mark on the club.

He spent a spell on loan with the Bluebirds in the 2010-2011 season, scoring 11 goals, and his family live close to the Welsh capital. It is likely to be an attractive prospect if he is deemed surplus to requirements by Liverpool and Cardiff are awaiting developments.
