Crook begins Sydney FC player search

New Sydney FC coach Ian Crook says the future of the A-League club's off-contract players will be decided this week, while the search will hot up for an exciting new striker.

Shannon Cole, Michael Beauchamp and Scott Jamieson are all off contract with club, which has been waiting for the appointment of a new coach to decide their fate.

With Crook, who was on Monday promoted from youth team coach to the head coaching role, now in charge decisions will be made.
