Van Bommel heading back to PSV

AC Milan midfielder Mark Van Bommel struggled to fight back the tears as he confirmed that he will leave the San Siro to return to former club PSV at the end of the season.

Van Bommel, 35, only joined Milan from Bayern Munich last January but was emotional when announcing his intention to go back to his native Netherlands and play in the Eredivise for the first time in seven years.
