Villa put contract talks with trio on hold

Aston Villa have postponed contract talks with Emile Heskey, Carlos Cuellar and Brad Guzan until the end of the season, assistant manager Peter Grant has confirmed.



All three players are out of contract in the summer and negotiations had already begun with Cuellar and Guzan, with the Spanish defender indicating he would like to stay at Villa.
