Arsenal to play Man City in Beijing

Arsenal have announced they will play Manchester City in a pre-season friendly called the 'China Cup' in the iconic Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing on July 27.

The Gunners had a successful tour to Asia last summer, playing matches in China and Malaysia. Arsenal Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis said: "Further to our hugely successful visit to Hangzhou in 2011, everyone at Arsenal is extremely excited to once again be visiting China this year.
