Gladbach hopeful over Dante

Borussia Monchengladbach have not given up hope of keeping Dante despite reports that the defender has agreed a move to Bayern Munich next season.

Monchengladbach, currently second in the Bundesliga, have already lost Marco Reus to Borussia Dortmund and Roman Neustadter to Schalke.

Dante, who has been a commanding figure in the club's transformation from relegation candidates to title challengers, is the latest to attract interest, but director of sport Max Eberl remains hopeful.
