Juve ease past Roma into semis

Alessandro Del Piero was on the scoresheet as Juventus strolled past 10-man Roma and into the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia with a 3-0 win in Turin.

Emanuele Giaccherni opened the scoring in the sixth minute and Del Piero doubled the lead on the half-hour mark from 25 yards.

Any chance of a Roma comeback disappeared in the 69th minute when Erik Lamela was sent off, and an own goal from Simon Kjaer competed a miserable night for the capital club in stoppage time.
