Capello calls for end to player 'theft'

England boss Fabio Capello has called upon football's governing bodies to bring an end to the "theft of talent" that goes on between national teams.

Capello used an international sports conference in Dubai to also question Germany's use of players with Turkish origin at last year's World Cup. England's 4-1 defeat to the Germans in Bloemfontein remains a major stain on his otherwise impressive managerial CV.
