Marcelo fires in a shot from the edge of the area. Dida makes a meal of it but does enough.
Madrid have a free-kick and a chance to put the ball in the box, but the ref gives a generous foul in Milan's favour as it comes over the top.
Will there be another chance that good in that final minutes? It looks to be heading for a draw now...
Inzaghi misses a glorious chance, spooning over the bar as the ball bounces up at the far post when had a free shot on goal!

Pirlo makes a great intervention to deny Alonso on the edge of the area. Milan break and Arbeloa picks up a yellow for knocking down Pato.

Ronaldinho chips it in from the left but Borriello just fails to make solid contact with as he swings his boot!

Kaka approaches the Milan box but goes down after a solid challenge from Ambrosini. Meanwhile, it looks like Raul may be brought on.
Pato actually does handball this time and gets a yellow card as he kicks the ball away. A carbon copy of the disallowed goal bar the fact he did handball and he missed this time.
Kaka plays in Ramos and the Spain full-back shows some silky skills before putting in a horrible cross.
Another strange decision from the ref as he gives a foul Milan's way as Seedorf loses the ball.
Oddo puts in a woeful ball. Woeful. Still, Milan are attacking...
Pato nearly finds a way through, but he's blocked off by two defenders. Still Milan on top.
Milan are looking far better now and you could even argue that they're currently the better side.
Ronadinho puts a ball into the back post for Borriello, but the striker is too central and can't reach it.
Zambrotta pulls the ball back into the box but Ramos clears easily.

Milan are starting to get on top now. Meanwhile, there's a bit of a tussle with Borriello and Pepe but they escape with a talking to.

Penalty for Milan! Zambrotta crosses in and Pepe slides with him and the ball catches his arm. It's a massive call from the ref and you'd have to say he got it wrong.
Borriello is struggling to make any impact right now. He loses a tussle with Sergio Ramos and the ball goes out for a goal kick.
Madrid are still the attacking force here.
GOAL FOR MADRID! Kaka drops a shoulder on the edge of the area and fires a shot that takes a deflection from Thiago Silva. Dida spills it and Benzema turns it in well from the far post.
Xabi Alonso tries a clever free-kick, looking to curl it low round the back rather than high in the middle, but it doesn't come off.
Milan are showing signs they may be settling down a little now, although they clearly have plenty of work still to do.
Pato comes very close to getting a goal against the run of play! Seedorf broke free and played it out wide but, after Pato beat his defender, Casillas was on hand to deny him.
Madrid are still making all the attacks. You'd have to say they're probably going to score sooner rather than later on current evidence.

Benzema makes some space and fires just wide of the post! So close to the opener.

Milan are really struggling to take any control here and Oddo is forced into a rash challenge near the corner flag.

Higuain hits one from the edge of the area but it's well over. Madrid are in complete control, though.

Dida plays the ball long for Pato and, when he tries to find Ronaldinho in the centre of the area, he's on the floor and asking for a penalty. He doesn't get one.

Lassana Diarra fires in a shot from outside the area. Dida has few problems, but Madrid are starting to gain the upper hand here.
Milan are now slowing things down, keeping possession in the midfield.

Madrid appear to be trying to slow the game down right from the off and calm down the crowd.
