City of Manchester Stadium, England
Referee: Steve Bennett
The Spurs bench charge onto the field and their fans go bananas. Harry, very modestly, refrains from a wild celebration and shakes hands with Mancini before giving a thumbs up to the directors box. A remarkable achievement.
It's all over! Spurs are in the Champions League!
Spurs go into short corner mode. They are almost there.
Superb move from Spurs as Pavlyuchenko finds Crouch, who returns the ball and lashes in a shot that Fulop does very well to save.
De Jong flicks a ball over the top for Adebayor but he is offside. City's players know the game is up now and all the life has drained out of them.
Four minutes added....
Spurs are stroking it around now and City are chasing shadows. If they do fail to get fourth, which looks likely now, I wonder how many changes we'll see this summer.
Palcios is coming on to shore things up and Modric goes off.
Tevez tries to get to the byline and cross but Huddlestone watches him all the way and does brilliantly to win a goal kick.
Vieira looks for Santa Cruz but they weren't on the same wavelength.
That could have been two as Bale charges past Toure. Pavlyuchenko is waiting in the middle but the cross is scuffed and Kompany cuts it out.
City have just over five minutes to rescue their Champions League dream and as it stands, you have to say Spurs have been the better team.
There was a little flare up after the goal and Bennett has to restore order. Then Bellamy comes off and Santa Cruz is on.
City shot themselves in the foot there, they gave the ball away, then Bellamy made it too easy for Kaboul to get round him, and as he crossed the ball flicked off a defender, Fulop parried and Crouch nodded into the net.
Bentley launches in a free kick that misses everyone. Spurs change: Defoe off, Pavlyuchenko on.
Tevez cuts inside and unleashes another effort but once again, King gets his bonce in the way. Great defending.
Vieira goes long for Adebayor and though Dawson misses his header Gomes is out to claim.
What a save! Fulop has done it again! Bale's cross finds Crouch eight yards out but Fulop's feet prevent Spurs grabbing a goal. He should have scored. He HAD to score.
Bellamy's cross is blocked by Kaboul before De Jong throws himself at the ball to prevent Crouch getting to it.
Spurs work the ball nicely down the field and then change flanks as Huddlestone lays-off to Modric who shoots, but high and wide.
Wright-Phillips swings in a cross but King clears, then as the ball comes back in King turns it behind for a corner at the near post. He must be knackered by now - this is his second game in four days after all. Bet his knee is in bits.
That incredible game at Motherwell has finished 6-6! Hibs were 6-2 up at one point as well!
City have to push forward now and they were nearly gifted a goal by Gomes who missed a back pass before recovering the situation.
That is Lennon's game over, Bentley replaces him. Johnson goes off and Wright-Phillips is on.
What a chance! A sublime ball from Assou-Ekotto as Bale releases him and he sticks in a delicious cross and both Defoe and Crouch flick out a boot but can't connect! Agonising!
Defoe gets into the area but his ball is cut out by De Jong who has worked tirelessly tonight.
Bale swings in another Spurs corner but it is too high for Kaboul.
A right old ding song in City's box as first Crouch then Modric try to work a shooting opportunity. Eventually they are crowded out but Lennon gets the loose ball, crosses and Toure concedes a corner under pressure from Crouch.
Assou-Ekotto is the latest to go in the book.
A remarkable game in Scotland. Motherwell are losing 5-6 at home to Hibs, and they've just missed a penalty!
Bridge tries to get past Lennon and surprise, surprsie, he doesn't. It's a goal kick and not a corner either as the ball bounced back off Bridge. A nice bit of alliteration for you there.
Adebayor does really well to nudge King off the ball but then he shuns Tevez on the edge of the box in favour of trying to go alone and is dispossessed.
Now it is Adebayor's turn to miss a free header. It was a tough chance but he should have done better.
City break down the left and Bellamy crosses, Adebayor rises to meet the ball but can only glance it wide. Johnson wins a corner after keeping the ball in.
Its a yellow card and perhaps it should be a red. De Jong's challenge was reckless, but Huddlestone reacted and should be walking. Bennett might have bottled that one.
Two City players charge in on Huddlestone, the last of which is De Jong. It was a nasty challenge, then Huddlestone looked to stanmp on him as he came down. Bennett calls him over.
Defoe has woken up. He's fouled by Kompany now. What a good save that was from Fulop.
Vieira is on for Barry now and City can plug their midfield. The absence of Barry led to that chance most likely.
What a chance for Defoe! Bale loops the ball over Kompany and the striker is in but Fulop makes a superb save to palm his shot wide. An emergency save from the emergency loan 'keeper.
Vieira warms up as Barry limps off the field. It doesn't look good for the former Villa man.
Barry blocked Lennon's poor effort and is now receiving treatment. The two fans swap songs during the break.
Toure charges forward after a quick free kick but it stopped in his tracks by Dawson, then Spurs break and Lennon cuts inside but elects to shoot with his wrong foot rather than play in Bale who had acres of space on the left.
Modric muscles Adebayor off the ball and slips a pass to Defoe but his effort to turn Kompany is weak and the defender mops up.
A good move from City as Johnson crosses deep for Barry who volleys across the face of goal and Dawson hacks clear.
Tevez wriggles free of King to reach Bellamy's ball but he fractionally offside and the flag goes up.
Dawson gets a foot in on Tevez and has had a good game in front of the watching England manager.
A good early run from Johnson who has been very lively, he cuts inside and feeds Tevez who fluffs his shot but City regroup and win a corner.
We begin again....
That's half time. A good, open game but Spurs will be the happier at the break.
Tevez spreads it wide to Johnson and his cross hits Assou-Ekotto in the pods. As the play goes to the left Toure gets into the box but no-one makes the near post run and he settles for a corner.
A decent City break with a poor finish. Barry charges forward and feeds Tevez but he waits too long to unload and by the time he does King has forced him wide enough so it won't trouble Gomes.
Nicely done by Bale as he flicks the ball over the onrushing Zabaleta and wins a free kick.
Another chance for Toure, this time his header is well directed but it lacks power and Gomes catches.
Johnson runs at Assou-Ekotto again and wins a corner.
A mistake from Modric gifts possession to Tevez and Kaboul does well to crowd out Adebayor.
Both managers are out in their technical areas giving instructions now.
Another Spurs chance as Lennon tricks past Bridge and stands it up; Crouch nods down and Bale slams a volley narrowly wide. What a good chance.
Lennon chips a high ball up to Defoe who then handballs it into his path and is rightly penalised.
Huddlestone goes down after a challenge with Adebayor - feet were high on both sides there. Play goes on and the midfielder picks himself up.
From the resulting corner Toure has a free header but can't direct it on target.
Two chances for City; Bridge's cross falls to the back post before it hits Johnson on the back, forcing Gomes to scramble across. Then as it breaks loose Johnson finds Zabaleta and his effort is deflected onto the roof of the net.
There's a good ebb and flow to this game. I'm sure we'll see a goal before half time.
Bellamy is far too pumped up. He lashes the ball miles out of play after Defoe bought a free kick off Kompany. As it is delivered, Fulop claims.
Kaboul is the first to go in the book before Bellamy and Adebayor have a row. Toure tells them to calm down. City's free kicked is cleared by Bale.
Crouch is sandwiched by two City players but still doesn't get a free kick before Tevez wins a throw in off Dawson on the right for City.
Dawson tried to get up but Toure nods clear, then Fulop collects a loose ball.
Its Spurs' turn to win a corner now as Crouch rose with Kompany. Bale goes across to take another one.
From the corner Adebayor gets up but his looping header is watched safely over the bar by Gomes.
Superb effort from Johnson as the corner fell to him on the edge of the area and Gomes flies across to save.
Tevez fires one fronm distance but King gets his head in the way and it flicks behind for a corner.
Bale skips round Zabaleta but the linesman gives a free kick. Fulop comes to claim the high ball.
Johnson gets past Assou-Ekotto and crosses but Dawson clears then as Zabaleta capitalises on Bale's poor touch and crosses, Huddlestone has time to bring it down and clear his lines.
That should have been a goal I think - there was very little contact. Interestingly, Johnson stuck his hand out to try and stop the ball going in. He'd have been in trouble if the goal had stood.
Ledley King has the ball in the net direct from the corner but Bennett rules it out because he was leaning into Barry. Contact wasn't huge and I'm not sure the ref has got that right.
Now Lennon runs at Bridge and wins a corner. It's all Spurs now.
A good spell from Spurs after Crouch had sneaked in at the back post; as the ball was cleared Bale had a strike on goal but Kompany blocked before the defender hauled Crouch down as they went for a looping ball but gets away with it. Poor decision from Bennett.
Not a good 10 seconds for Bridge, who misses a clearance at the far post, then brings down Kaboul and concedes a free kick wide right, from which Crouch hits the post!
The game has settled after a rather frantic opening and it seems as if Spurs have weathered the early storm. They now have a free kick wide left, about 40 yards from goal.
Johnson tries to release Adebayor but Dawson intercepted the pass and the striker was offisde anyway.
A misunderstanding between Zabaleta and Tevez sees the ball roll harmlessly out of play for a Spurs goal kick.
City clear after a scramble in the area. Bridge nodded away from Kaboul then had to be lively as the Spurs defender returned into the area with the ball.
An aimless pass from crouch ends a rare foray into City's half, but now Spurs have won a corner.
Now Assou-Ekotto wins a decision from the ref and Johnson gives the linesman a bit of back chat. Not wide when Steve Bennett is around.
Assou-Ekotto brings Johnson down after a lovely Cryuff turn. Toure charges 40 yards to the ref to demand a booking but the ref just has a chat with the left-back. Quite rightly.
Adebayor is flagged offside as Bellamy chips the ball up to him.
Another mazy run into the box from Tevez who gets to the byline and forces Gomes into conceding a corner as he tried to cross.
Assou-Ekotto is forced off the pitch after having the pyhsio on but returns immediately to stop Johnson in his tracks.
A superb run from Tevez as he charges into the area, looks like he's lost it but gets back past Assou-Ekotto and only a smart piece of positioning from Gomes saves the opening goal.
Spurs are looking to close down City as soon as they get the ball, denying them any space. Looks like they are set uop on the counter in the early stages.
Bellamy looks in pain now as Kaboul follows Dawson's lead by closing him down in an instant. He's up again now, the big moaner.
Dawson is in quick as a flash on Bellamy, who has a moan. Unlike him that isn't it?
An odd effort from Barry after he lost his footing as a Craig Bellamy cross came to him. His subsequent shank takes the ball high and wide.
Now Crouch tries to release the onrushing Lennon but Toure turns it back to Fulop.
An early ball from Adebayor is touched on by Johnson but Gomes is out to claim before Bellamy gets near it.
So, who wants to be a millionaire? Let us begin...

The permutations are thus: if Spurs win, they secure fourth and qualify for the Champions League. If they draw they will go to the last game needing to equal Man City's result. If City win they will leap into pole position, with a lead of two points going into the final day.
