Porto have one last attack, but that's it. Chelsea are through.
Ballack falls over, and it looks all over
Chelsea wasting time. And Porto look dead in the water.
Last few minutes.
The ex-Porto player has been great in defence again. Cech takes a free-kick deep in the half. Makelele for Mikel was a big change, Mourinho did so well.
Porto haven't troubled Cech much all night. They launch it up, Adriano was there but so was Carvalho
Kalou and Drogba playing well up front, Porto lose out again as they charge forward looking for a winner.
Chelsea controlling possession. Kalou and Pepe tangle in the box
Mikel has one of the worst shots you'll ever see. Nearly hits the corner flag there.
Kalou comes on for Shevchenko.
Shevchenko and Ballack got in each others way. Porto may not have the time to come back here.
Drogba releases Robben- he's free. Held up by Fucile, but he finds Lampard who can't pass it on to the open Shevchenko.
Ferreira gets the ball clear. Porto on the attack again, it's all or nothing for them. Chelsea are going to try and soak up the pressure.
Mourinho leapt in the air as that went in. He looks happy. Porto may have to start coming on a bit more now. They have 10 mins left.
GOAL! Ballack scores, after doing very little all game. Chelsea come back from behind. Cole floated it in to Shevchenko, who headed it back to Ballack on the spot. He smashed it home.
Shevchenko smashes the ball well over the bar. Useless shot from a striker that should really be able to hit the target from there.
Essien does well in defence. Robben gets it again and floats it in. Helton claims well before Drogba could get there.
Shevchenko outpaced by Pepe in defence. Robben gets it and runs at the defender. His cross is blocked, but Chelsea have it back. They're pouring forward
Helton under the aerial ball again, the punch was awful. Robben can't get the shot away while the 'keeper lies on the floor.
That looked like it was a handball. The ball came in from Robben, Porto defenders struggled to get it clear and Drogba fired a shot in. I thought it hit an arm.
Chelsea are being pinned back here. There's no attacking instinct.
The 'keeper now falls over while the ball comes back. He took it past Shevchenko and the Porto bench must be having kittens!
Helton then skies the ball into the crowd after panicking.
Pepe does really well to defend the ball in from Lampard. The ball dropped and Helton was nowhere at all. Carvalho didn't realise how much time he had, and the ball is hit over.
Quaresma puts a cross in and Cech does well to grab it. It was close to going in, but the tall keeper plucked it out of the air.
Hits it into the wall and Robben nearly does well to get the cross across.
Lampard is lining it up. He's going to hit a free-kick from 35 yards. Keeper will need to be tested.
Shevchenko puts his boot in with Fucile. The Portuguse is sporting a headband, covering where he was cut earlier on.
Pepe heads the ball way over the bar. Cole did well. Ferreira is there to come on for Diarra.
Ballack slid in and has hurt his knee. Adriano was fouled though and he gets up. Porto free kick.
Cech shows good bravery to dive at the feet of Lopez. Ballack is off the field with a eye problem, and Shevchenko just got a crack on the head, so he's down.
Half an hour left for one of these teams to get a goal and avoid extra time.
Helton really look shaky. Chelsea need to be firing shots in on him, but nothing is happening.
Diarra fouls Quaresma and Porto look to break forward. Chelsea fans are taunting the 'keeper who is now on the ball.
Should have gone for placement. Quaresma gets a booking for wasting time, why he would is beyond me though?!
Drogba dispossesses the defender and gets there with the shot. He blasts it well wide though.
This score would mean extra time. There looks like there's more to come though.
Adriano and Ibson are coming on. Two Brazilians are on to try and add some spark and score a goal for the Portuguese side.
He looks way out of his depth though.
Chelsea have purpose after being gifted that goal. Helton comes out to claim the ball and Drogba is there with the foul.
Helton hesitates and Pepe manages to hack it away. Chelsea should be peppering the goal with the keeper looking really dodgy.
What is wrong with Frank Lampard tonight? This is a shocking performance from the England man
Quaresma flicks the free-kick in with the outside of his foot. To no avail though.
Mikel now penalised for something, goodness knows what. Porto line up a free-kick.
Mikel has a shot from miles out. Way over the bar though.
I haven't seen worse goalkeeping. How did he get that wrong? Such a huge mistake and Chelsea are right back in the tie.
Lucky break there. An abhorration from the Porto keeper and Chelsea are pouring forwards.
GOAL. Oh that was terrible play from the goalkeeper. Robben was miles out. 30 yards at least. He shoots low, and the 'keeper dives. Somehow it goes in.
Makelele is off, he may not be happy about being replaced there but Chelsea needed to do something.
That was an awful first half for the Premiership champs. They were terrible. Mikel has come on.
Chelsea kick off again
This has been awful. Fucile is down, he's bleeding badly. Assuncao caught his own team-mate with a flailing arm. That looks bad.
Drogba again looking dangerous. Robben gets it on the left and Costa can't clear, he outhits the shot though and it goes well wide.
Essien is powerful in the midfield. But nothing is happening at all. Drogba trying to force an opening, gets a lucky bounce, Lampard has been awful though.
There really needs to be a change in this game, Chelsea have no urgency. Robben and Cole doing well, Pepe dives, but the ref missed that one. Porto free-kick. Disappointing.
Marek Cech is tackled by Diarra. He loses the ball and Porto track back to tidy up.
Carvalho tidying up. Lampard rushes forwards, he goes over and he really made the most of it. Great decision ref, he penalised Lampard for handling the ball.
Shevchenko was there, but it was too high for anyone to reach.
Robben over it.
Nice to see decisions like that. Mourinho wanted a penalty, but it was a shocking dive. Diarra actually wins a real free-kick now. Dangerous area.
Robben goes over in the box. And he's booked for diving. Fucile never touched him and he's been caught out. Great decision by the referee.
Porto still looking the better team. Fast on the break and solid at the back.
Essien not fooled by Quaresma's tricks.
Super exchange between Costa and Meireles, Essien tracks back well.
Shevchenko did so well, he got a bit of luck but made it past the defenders, squares it back for Lampard. Whose touch was awful.
Ball falls in the area after Helton missed the cross. Ballack is there! But he mis-kicks and Costa was there to clear it.
Shevchenko falls over, gives it away again. They need half-time. Porto have dominated the last exchanges.
Lopez does well on the right, but cleared by Chelsea. Who give the ball away again! What is wrong with them today???
Drogba has it, trying to invigourate Chelsea. But he gives it away. Chelsea look really scared, timid, they don't look up for the fight.
Gonzalez catching the eye here, Ashley Cole is the most lively Chelsea player, which isn't a good sign.
Cole gets it across. Shevchenko mis-kicked completely. He really should have done better with that, and Drogba couldn't get hold of the rebound.
Meireles couldn't get it through, Porto look in real form now, they look dangerous and are playing with confidence.
Chelsea knocking it around, but they don't look in much trouble. They're still shell shocked by the goal, the Blues aren't used to fighting from behind, especially at home.
Robben seems to have swapped to the right hand side. There's nothing else going on though.
Lampard has given the ball away. Carvalho runs it out of danger.
Porto have only really created on the break, it's a bit of a midfield battle at the moment. Cole and Fucile are battling on the flanks though.
Fucile goes in hard on Cole. Robben gets it across, but to no avail. Chelsea are boring, they really haven't created anything so far.
Ball swung in, but no-one can reach it. Makelele back there to tidy up in the air.
Ashley Cole forces the corner. Chelsea have to be careful though, they can't afford another counter attack like that one.
Big gaps opened up in Chelsea's defence there. That was the first goal Chelsea have conceded in 10 hours of European football.
That's woken Chelsea up a bit, Quaresma has hit Chelsea where it hurts. The away goal advantage has been eclipsed.
GOAL! What a great move. Quaresma gets through as Carvalho held back. He found a gap as Essien ran to the ball and the Portuguese winger slid the ball under Cech.
Drogba gets a bang on the head and he's had to go off for treatment. Mourinho is shouting at Robben on the touchlines and the two are in tactical discussions.
Drogba falls over after getting one of his first touches. He's down and looks a bit shaky. Chelsea are so narrow at the moment, Porto have the chance to attack them down the flanks.
Gonzalez with another shot, Porto looking positive. Cech saves easily though and Chelsea have no really stamped their authority on the game, haven't seen much of Drogba.
Gonzalez has a shot, but it was absolutely awful. Cech didn't even bother to move.
Ashley Cole looking to break down the left hand side, but comes to nothing and Essien gets in with a great challenge. Porto close Lampard down and Chelsea aren't going anywhere fast.
Cech claims it and hits a HUGE clearance which bounces in the Porto box. Drogba couldn't get on the end of it.
Drogba almost through, but the ball is well cut out. Porto haven't threatened the goal yet, even without Terry Chelsea look well organised.
Essien tidies up in the box and releases Diarra down the right.
Porto control the ball and gain some possession. Fucile down the right and it goes out for a goal kick.
Robben knocks the ball back to Shevchenko who hammers a shot in from wide on the left. Sails over, but it was a hot-shot.
Chelsea looking looking lively already. Porto are set up to destroy Chelsea in possession. They look hungry.
Mourinho will be looking to get one over on his old team, and I fancy Chelsea to get the result they need at home.
The visitors dropped former Tottenham striker Helder Postiga to the bench from their first-leg side.
Lassana Diarra continued as a makeshift right-back and Michael Essien deputised for skipper John Terry at the heart of the defence again.
With the tie poised at 1-1 after the clash in Portugal, Mourinho chose the same XI that defeated Portsmouth at the weekend.
