Arsenal fan seeks to hire 'young go-getter' to watch games and engage in Facebook banter on his behalf

A die-hard Australian Arsenal fan has posted a wanted ad on Gumtree as he is currently desperately seeking to hire a "young go-getter" to engage in high-grade football banter on his behalf during the Gunners' Champions League fixtures.

The 27-year-old fan, who goes by the name of "Dino", has a job in the legal profession which leaves him unable to tune into the 4:30am kick-offs (Aussie time) as it "interferes with his beauty sleep", so he's looking to employ someone to watch the games on his behalf and then engage in banter on a private Facebook football group while pretending to be him -- using specific "Dino-isms" to pass themselves off.

Other potential chores may include the trolling of Mark Bosnich, "strategic flirting and mind games" with certain female members of the group and attending a weekly team briefing with Dino and his brother to brainstorm ideas for "attack posts, photoshopping and general group slander."

The successful candidate will be paid 150 Australian dollars (around £90) per game for their troubles, but will be put through a rigorous three-day drill to test their quick-wittedness and banter capabilities before any final recruitment decision is made.

The London Evening Standard have a copy of the wanted ad. It's a thing of true beauty!

Now, if you'll excuse us, we have to go and type up our CV.
