Video: Alessandro Del Piero does 'Harlem Shake' dance while swinging from rigging of old ship

This? Oh, it's just Alessandro Del Piero performing his own variation of the "Harlem Shake" dance while hanging from the boom rigging of an old wooden ship and dangling precariously over what looks like an incredibly fancy (and expensive) buffet table ...

Go ahead and file that one under "things you weren't expecting to see today."

We're going to be perfectly honest and admit that we've got absolutely no idea what's going on here, but we're guessing that it's all something to do with Del Piero's return to Italy this weekend, where his Sydney FC teammates watched the veteran Italian forward have a street formally named after him in the town of Jesolo ahead of a preseason friendly against Vicenza.

As well as having his concrete footprints added to Jesolo's new "Walk of Stars," Del Piero was taken on an hour-long parade of the town with 500,000 people turning out to see the World Cup winner drive by before the party presumably wound up aboard a galleon moored up in the Adriatic Sea.
