Video: Inter's Campagnaro shown instant red card for grisly lunge on John Terry

Chelsea beat Inter Milan in what was supposed to be a friendly in Indianapolis on Thursday night, though the congenial atmosphere was soured with an hour or so of the game gone when Inter defender Hugo Campagnaro was shown an instant red card for doing John Terry an extreme physical discourtesy -- forcefully planting his studs into the Chelsea captain's leg...

Definitely rash and definitely ugly, but we somehow suspect sympathy for Terry will be in short supply.

Anyway, Terry managed to escape any serious injury and limped through to the end of the game, which saw Chelsea run out as 2-0 winners. They earned a berth in the semifinals of the International Challenge Cup against AC Milan, thanks in no small part to a corking opening goal from Oscar...

Oooh, yes. Nicely done, that man.
