According to the Mirror, 31-year-old Ibrahimovic has already fallen out of favour with new PSG manager Laurent Blanc and is considering his options ahead of the new season. Rumours are suggesting the volatile marksman feels slighted after the club's chase for Uruguay international Edinson Cavani, with the former Inter Milan, AC Milan and Barcelona player refusing to return former France manager Blanc's phone calls. And the speculation has opened the door for City to swoop with Manuel Pellegrini keen to add to his frontline and replacing the hole vacated by Carlos Tevez.

Tottenham have their targets locked on Aston Villa forward Christian Benteke with both The Telegraph and the Daily Mail reporting Spurs are preparing a £20 million bid for the 22-year-old. The north London club are desperate to add to their striking options and have jumped at the opportunity to sign the Belgium international, who recently handed in a transfer request to manager Paul Lambert. But Villa have a £25 million valuation set on Benteke and sources are adamant the club will not budge for anything less - even a cash-plus-player package will not temp Villa to part company with their leading striker.

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner could be on his way to Premier League new boys Hull. According to The Sun, Hull manager Steve Bruce is a big fan of the Denmark international and will jump at the chance to sign the 25-year-old after the collapse of his move to Germany.
