Jose Mourinho has returned to a former glory once and the Chelsea boss is now reportedly keen for a reunion with the man who helped him lead Inter to the 2010 Champions League title - Wesley Sneijder. The Sun reports Sneijder has emerged as a target for the Blues after failing to find form since joining Turkish giants Galatasaray in January. It is understood Gala would be open to an offer for Sneijder, provided they do not make a loss on the £6.3 million they apparently paid for him.

Still in London and Arsene Wenger's number one target for the summer has been revealed, with the Daily Mail suggesting Arsenal could soon make a play for Swansea marksman Michu. With Fiorentina confirming Gunners target Stevan Jovetic is not for sale, Wenger may have to turn his attention elsewhere and Michu appears a likely target if a move for Wayne Rooney fails. Swansea are likely to receive a number of bids for Michu after the Spaniard's breakthrough season in the Premier League and a deal much more lucrative than the £2m they paid for him could be tempting.

Wenger may also be forced to recruit at the other side of his line-up, with defender Laurent Koscielny attracting interest from Bayern Munich, the Sun reports. The Frenchman could fetch £15 million from the German champions, although Arsenal would be reluctant to let him go after he established himself in defence alongside Per Mertesacker. Sources told the paper that Koscielny has discussed a possible move to Bayern with his team-mates and could be persuaded by Pep Guardiola's guidance at the Allianz Arena.

Liverpool continue their flurry of activity in the transfer market, with the Reds strongly linked with Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, according to the Mirror. It seems Brendan Rodgers has begun planning for the loss of Luis Suarez, who is disgruntled in England, and the prolific Armenian could be Suarez's replacement. Shakhtar have demanded £20 million for their free-scoring player, although Mkhitaryan appears set to move to Anfield regardless of Suarez's situation. The 24-year-old has also gained interest from Chelsea, Manchester City and Barcelona after netting 25 goals this season.
