Chelsea have been handed a transfer ultimatum by Bundesliga side Wolfsburg over starlet Kevin De Bruyne.

The Daily Star reports Wolfsburg are eager to but the winger outright from the Premier League club, but would also be happy to finalise a loan deal for the remainder of this season. However, after coming up against a number of stall tactics from the Blues, Wolfsburg are demanding a final answer.

The 22-year-old has struggled to break into Jose Mourinho's starting XI this campaign, and the Belgium international's hopes of heading to the 2014 World Cup could hinge on him getting game time outside of Stamford Bridge. Atletico Madrid are said to be Wolfsburg's main rivals for his signature, if Chelsea agree to a deal.

Diego Forlan is the latest striker on West Ham's radar, according to a report in the Daily Mirror. Manager Sam Allardyce is becoming increasingly desperate to bolster his side's attack, and Forlan -- who left Europe for South America when he joined Internacional last year -- appears to be top of the list. The 34-year-old has experience in the Premier League, having played for Manchester United in the past.

Gaston Ramirez is keen to tie down his future, reportedly demanding talks with Southampton chiefs. The Daily Mirror states Ramirez -- who has been an outcast under new manager Mauricio Pochettino -- wants more game time, and it is said Inter Milan and Napoli both have the player on their respective transfer wish-lists.
