A club statement read: "Levante have reached an agreement in principle with RAEC Mons, his club in the Belgian first division, for the signing of Aloys Nong as a new player for the Azulgrana club. 14:30 BST: In Spain, Malaga are still looking for a big number nine, and have not given up hope of getting Nicklas Bendtner from Arsenal on loan. According to AS the move could be helped by the Danish international's partner, as she and her super-rich family have connections on the Costa del Sol.
Arsenal would probably have to agree to meet at least some of Bendtner's wages for the deal to go through though, given Malaga's perilous finances. One of Olympiakos' striking pair Konstantinos Mitroglou and Rafik Djebbour, are more affordable options being considered.

10:03 BST: Today is set to be the day when Cesc Fabregas finally breaks his silence about his future. The media in Spain believe the Barcelona midfielder will announce that he will be staying at Barca, but he may also attempt to use the situation to negotiate a new contract by dropping hints about his future.
There has been no confirmation of the timing of the press conference, or even that Fabregas is definitely attending it, but it does look likely he’ll talk around lunchtime.

09:10 BST: According to The Daily Mirror, Real Madrid's pursuit of Gareth Bale isn't going down to well in the Madrid dressing room.
The newspaper's source is quoted saying: "One of the senior players said that he was surprised that [Florentino] Perez was willing to pay so much for one player and another asked, 'What about us?' A third player was adamant that Bale was not needed, and that the squad Carlo Ancelotti already has is strong enough without him."

08:25 BST: In Germany, following reports from yesterday claiming Eintracht Braunschweig are closing in on Stromsgodet right back Lars Christopher Vilsvik, it now seems a deal is in place. "The clubs have reached an agreement and we will also find one," Vilsvik's agent Tore Pedersen, a former Bundesliga player, told kicker. Vilsvik is set to make 2 more appearances for Stromsgodet and then join Braunschweig for €1 million. This would be the highest transfer fee Braunschweig ever paid, with former Bayern player Paul Breitner still topping the charts with €800.000 for his 1977 transfer from Real Madrid.
05:26 BST: The agent of QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar has revealed the Brazilian could be headed for Fiorentina. "I never made direct contact with Fiorentina, but I did send a close friend to speak to the Viola," Josias Cardoso told Radio Blu. Cesar also has demands of a €3.2 million transfer fee and a four-year contract.
According to the Daily Mail, Moyes will lodge a renewed bid for the Everton pair, Baines and Fellaini, as a deal for Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas appears to be falling through. Roberto Martinez revealed on Wednesday that United have not made an approach for Fellaini, but the Red Devils could turn to the Belgian as insurance if a move for Fabregas fails to eventuate. The English champions have had a £12 million bid for Baines rejected by the Merseysiders, but Moyes is confident a big money offer for both players could persuade Everton chairman Bill Kenwright.
Still at Old Trafford and United winger Nani remains a target for Italian side Roma, with coach Rudi Garcia hopeful the sale of Pablo Osvaldo will free up enough cash to make a significant offer, the Daily Star reports. Osvaldo could leave Italy's capital if Roma receive €11 million for him and it appears United would be willing to listen to a significant offer for Nani.
Even Nostradamus wouldn't be able to predict where Luis Suarez will end up. Things have heated up since the Uruguayan's comments in the Guardian and the Telegraph on Wednesday. Reports across the British press suggest Suarez could hand in an official transfer request by the end of the week - as if Liverpool weren't aware he doesn't want to be at Anfield. Despite his public comments, it would take a written request for the Reds to further consider Arsenal's approach.
Barcelona are refusing to give up on their pursuit of Chelsea's David Luiz, despite having a £35 million offer rejected. According to the Mirror, the Spanish champions are confident Luiz wants to move to the Camp Nou and believe they can encourage Jose Mourinho to part ways with the defender if they can establish an appropriate offer. Reports claim Barca are willing to pay as much as £50 million for the Brazil international. Expect a renewed bid in the coming days.
